Mark is a former President of Fairway Outdoor and Burkhart Advertising.

His career in OOH started in 1977 as an account executive for Naegele Outdoor Advertising. Later he became Sales Manager. In 1983 Mark joined Burkhart Advertising as a General Manager in their Alexandria, Indiana office. Mark Moyer moved up at Burkhart becoming the company President in 1993. Mark Moyer guided Burkart's growth through 2000.
